strawberry kuih bahulu  
ingredient:130g-superfine,120g caster sugar,4 eggs, 2tbsp cooking oil,1n the half tsp baking powder,a little strawberry essence       

1.mix flour n baking powder ,set aside.2 beat caster sugar n eggs for 5 mins until foamy.Add in flour (1),cooking oil and strawberry essence, stir to foam a thick batter. 3.place kuih bahulu mould inside an oven, heat mould and rub mould's cup with cooking oil. spoon in batter (2) and bake at 180c for 10 mins till golden.
